The health and safety of our tenants and staff is the top priority for BMC Property Group. To do our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and following health and safety recommendations from the State and Federal Government, our offices will be working remotely. We are committed to continuing to serve our tenants in a safe and responsible manner.
During the current circumstances, we kindly ask our tenants to process payments online. Please go to the following link (PAY ONLINE).
Please refer to the following guide for instructions on setting up a Zego account and making online payments (USER GUIDE). To register you will need your unique account number, if you do not have this or if you need additional assistance, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 301-767-2800 x700.
Please note, tenants will be unable to deliver rent payments or documents to our corporate suite as the office building has been locked down to outside visitors.

We ask that all of our tenants practice social distancing (6 feet or more) as advised by the CDC. Please alert your property manager if you, or someone you have come into contact with may have contracted the virus.
